      Adrok is a very innovative company with amazing prospects. The culture and working environment is friendly. Everyone is given the opportunity to collaborate and voice opinions and suggestions. I love being an Adroker!

      Pros

      - Strong team bond, with friendly staff and management - Many opportunities to learn and develop your skills. The company is willing to pay for any training that you desire. - Good opportunities to travel around the world to complete field surveys. - Good starting salary. - Many highly knowledgeable colleagues from different field that you can learn from. - Trusted with as many responsibilities as you feel you can handle (within reason), and acknowledged for producing impressive and innovative work. - Everyone is open and honest and we all pull together as a team, even through tough times like the COVID-19 pandemic, where we have all been there for each other! - Edinburgh is an amazing city to live in.

      No cons. If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and friendly personality, you will enjoy working at Adrok!

      Pros

      - Competitive starting salary. - Opportunities to travel and see the world. - A lot of autonomy, and greatly encourged personal development. - Being able to work in very different projects from mining, O&G, geothermal, geotech, and more. - A core team.

      Cons

      - You must be available and willing to travel abroad. - You must be willing to learn a lot, which can be difficult to some.
