      Pros

      None apart they will give you money and make sure you work 4 or 5 times of that. Nothing great to work here. same old school of politics you can see in MNC.

      Cons

      Many : 1.Employee Unfriendly 2.No work life balance at all 3.Fresher will be treated as experience resource of 5-7 years and will screw up them completely.

      Pros

      I have worked 2.5 years in this company, and I have seen a lot of support from management and everyone. This has never been a place for anyone to go wrong. Management and people partners are really supportive. And all young talents are really working hard to build a lot of wonderful solutions. I have been a proud member of this organization.

      Cons

      Nothing much at all. I've noticed that as a young, growing company, they've faced a lot of challenges, but they're really growing more and more.
