It's very hard for us to compromise with quality of work. In case if we find some one is not doing his job well or not performing well. We try to help employee in all possible way and give 1-2 months time period to improve. If we find candidate is not able to improve and scale, we ask employee serve 1 month notice period. We never let any one go without any reason. Anyway, we wish you all the best for your future endeavour
