To me, it's very important to work at a company that gives you the freedom to do your job with little to no micromanaging and working with people who are committed and who you can learn from. Everyone here is committed to bringing a good product and they are people you can learn a lot from.
Cons
This is a very start-up environment that requires people to multitask, and although I love it, it may not be for everybody. Some structures in certain departments but changes are being made.
