Fun workplace - Anonymous employee Adsensus Employee Review

Young atmosphere and a good vibe in the office. Mostly student's and the level of ambition and intellectual capital is extremely high for a company that in it's core is rather simple. Great seniors and probably one of the nicest offices in Lund! Very good coffee!

Work culture and energy has slowed down a little bit during the last year. The organisation probably needs to land after an intense expansion. Also a lot of the seniors have gone on parental leave. Probably making them shift perspective's in life with the result that the passion for Adsensus being shifted from expansion to a reliable income source. For new young student's starting to work here this is not as inspiring.

- Modern office with a nice atmosphere, ping-pong table, kitchen, and hang-out area. - Great co-workers providing help and guidance at all times. - Flexible work hours, choose when to work. - Great possibilities for personal development with senior co-workers giving you more and more responsibility along the way. - Plenty of AW:s.

- Even though you only have to work 48h/month, you still have to bring work home at times and be available. - Work responsibilities can at times become monotone.
