Pros
If you are looking to work on challenging, cutting edge aerospace related projects, this is the place. They had a wide range of projects when I was there from laser control systems, imaging systems, drone/UAV projects, etc. It's a very fast-paced place, with a lot of smart brains offering opinions. But ultimately they are working on some very cool tech. The environment allows you to get involved in areas other than just your expertise and, I would say, helped me become a better systems engineer. Pay was on par or better than other large aerospace companies but offered a smaller team-oriented environment. Good group of people and culture.
Cons
The schedules can be sometimes challenging and daunting due to it being a small company trying to do a lot of things. Some long nights every now and then, but on projects I was really interested in.
