If you like a smaller, family environment with the same tasks daily then this would be a good company to work for. The company's owners have pretty good company values and the job security is decent.

There is not a lot of room for personal growth or advancement, everyone has specific tasks that feed to another persons tasks. If no one leaves then there is no where to go within the company. Because of this there aren't many raises and the pay rate can become stagnant.
