Pros
Management is supportive and kind. They've worked hard on creating a safe environment for their employees, and they treat everybody. Everybody who works here is genuinely kind. I love working with these kids, they're so cute and silly! I love being able to see these kids become more independent, and their parents reactions to their growth is amazing.
Cons
Client cancelations can be problematic for some, as you don't get paid when a client cancels a session. It can also take some time getting used to this line of work. You have to be actively thinking about how you're engaging with a client.
