Pros
I left before all the changes took place with Shire being the owner of Advanced Biohealing, so I am not sure of this still stands. I liked he flexibility of hours, the yearly bonus, and the overtime that was paid, given that most jobs nowadays are not hourly paid.
Cons
management started changing a lot. Decisions take a long time to be made because there are too many people involved. Salaries could be better. They should promote from within instead of hiring new people.
