Cons

Outdated Practices: ACT relies on manufacturing methods that seem stuck in the past. This raises concerns about their ability to compete in a rapidly evolving industry. Low Compensation: The pay at ACT falls significantly below market value for similar positions. This lack of competitive compensation makes it difficult to attract and retain qualified talent. Toxic Workplace: I experienced a supervisor who engaged in immature and unprofessional behavior, including imitating and mocking employees. This creates a hostile and uncomfortable work environment. Unreliable Accountability: When problems arose, blame was often shifted to scapegoated "former employees," hindering learning and improvement. Limited Benefits: The advertised benefits package seemed misleading and potentially lacking in real value. Stagnant Growth: ACT sets low goals and struggles to achieve even those. This limited ambition suggests a lack of vision and direction. Overall: My experience at ACT highlighted a company struggling with outdated practices, low pay, unprofessional leadership, unclear accountability, and limited potential. If you're seeking a challenging, rewarding career with fair compensation and a positive work environment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Disclaimer: This review reflects my individual experience and does not necessarily represent the experiences of all employees. However, I encourage potential candidates to conduct thorough research and consider all available information before making a decision.
