On-site management really cares about the workers.

The organization has gotten very top heavy and decisions that used to be made at the site level are being made by people who are not involved in day to day operations. Lots of red tape now.

The production employees are great, hard working ppl that simply get stuff done supported or not.

Private equity owns and directs accordingly. No new investment. Other business units have say over daily operations despite having limited experience and knowledge of the processes. Buying more businesses without resolving massive operational and cultural issues in current units, leaving large issues for unsupported managers and supervisors to deal with. Floor leads making $90k+ to drink at lunch without repercussion due to protection from VPs of other business units.
