      Pros

      Flexible schedule (4 days/week workweek)! Generous time off and employer contribution to RRSP. Overall very good benefits. This is an excellent place for starting or more seasoned engineers alike, as the projects are challenging, all turnkey solutions. Lots to learn, good culture and nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Some stressful times when projects get delayed, but then again, I've seen this in every other places I've worked before.

      Pros

      The people aside from the owner are great to work with & no one shares job orders.

      Cons

      They stress the importance of phone time so people are milking calls to ensure they r hitting the required phone time which is high considering we are cold calling. Commission is always paid in portions typically spanning over a month despite quarterly commission payouts so if you make a placement you wont see anything from it for a long time…
