The lab manager is an amazing person who cares about every employee. This lab has a family feel among the staff. Lots of donut days, pizza days, etc to boost morale. The company will reward initiative and assist you in crosstraining if you request. Ample opportunity to grow.

Sometimes work went late unexpectedly. The equipment was limping along, though this has changed since i left.
