Easy going environment, flexible of time off needed, decent hours
Cons
No one will tell you if you are doing bad and will fire out you of no where. The owners hire who they know over who has more experience. The supervisor's/ owners will go around problems, and tell everyone but the person rather than approach them head on and try to fix them, making it awkward for employees Very low pay No benefits
