Pros
-Very knowledgeable hard working engineers and technicians that signed up to create innovative products.
-Used to be a very exciting place to work, back when I thought management and owner knew what they were doing.
-Flexible work environment
Cons
- Bad management dried up investor's money, lots of employees lost their jobs due to lack of money but those responsible for bad management are still there.
- Upper management just follows orders from owner instead of actually making smart decisions, managers that used to actually be worth something are no longer there, they either left or were let go when they refused to be "yes" men to owner.
-Owner (who is not an engineer) changes gear and comes up with new projects, divides up the funds between all these projects and there isn't enough money to fully fund any project.
- Can't pay vendors, don't have credit
