I have found a home with Advanced IPM. This company is family-owned and at any time I can pick up the phone and talk with the VP or GM. There is genuine concern for, and a commitment to, every employee at Advanced IPM. If you're looking for a place to learn, grow and challenge yourself, this may be the place for you. We are far from perfect, but we strive to get better every day and we are committed to serving our communities.
Cons
Frenetic is the best word to describe the pace of this company. If you are not a flexible person, able to adjust to ever-changing challenges, this is a tough place to work.
