The quality control is amazing so you never have to worry about hiccups in projects. Management hires good people and lets them do their jobs.

I wish estimating were a bit faster, but that's the same everywhere I think.

Everyone there is competent and has their eye on the same goal. Quality control is top notch, and jobs get done on time and correctly. Small company feel, despite it's size, with easy access to management.

There is nothing negative about working at AID if you like the industry.
