Physically demanding job, can be tedious at times

Co workers are friendly. Lots of laughs on the shop floor

Managers. Hardly at work to to manage issues. Raises. Zero reviews here and .50 raises. Youre expected to do others paperwork and finish thier projects. Not allowed to use LWP. Super low bonuses. No open door policy's. Pretty much a terrible job. Lots of favoritism due to long term friendships. Lots of do as I say not as I do. They can be late and call out but if you call out or are late your arw wrote up. Write ups from over 30 days old. You may get wrote up for somthing that happened a month ago or longer. They take bonuses away with cause.
