The logistics field is very old school but I respected and appreciated that AIF was a more forward thinking company!

Nothing that stood out necessarily.

- Fun and respectful group of people to work with - Challenging scope of work, and they value due diligence of data - Catered lunch and full insurance coverage helps individual financial progression - Good portfolio builder

- High organic expectations and low willingness to invest into manpower and systems do not match up - Division did not have a product or service available or listed online and our division's budget was burned prior to my arrival (This existing pressure was not communicated until after probationary period). - Easy to lose motivation with arbitrary deadlines.
