      -great support from admin staff -very friendly work environment -access to turf, heavy freeweights, BFR cuffs, etc… -steady referral source from local surgeons

      Cons

      -can be very busy/loud/distractinf in clinic on certain days when all PTs are in the office potentially making some evaluation sessions more difficult
