Pros
Great benefits, excellent pay. Most positions allow you to work independently. In general, people are easy to work with and nice. The time off policies are decent. The pay is higher than equivalent positions elsewhere. Schedules are pretty flexible so it is easy to have a life outside of work.
Cons
Unstructured. You don't know who to ask when you have a question. No clear growth plan or values that are communicated to employees. Many people in positions that they are unsuited for or don't have the experience for. There is no personal growth of employees. There was briefly a continuing education program, but that was cancelled. Pressure from management, when something needs to get done, it needed to be done yesterday. It is a "who you know" type of company.
