Accommodation for time off. Direct patient contact and lots of responsibility and experience.
Cons
Management heavy: 19 doctors and 8 managers (27 managers) Very high turnover of low level employees, few people left with the knowledge base to properly take care of patients and know regulations. Unethical treatment of patients in some areas in the name of profits. Interviewer dishonest about the responsibilities, other candidates and upward movement. Nepotism and favoritism.
