Very difficult to jot down any pros. The company is great at marketing themselves to business partners, clients, and employees on falsified lies and lack of transparency.
Cons
This company needs to be investigated by the BBB and the IRS. The way they conduct business is unfathomable! Blatant lying to the clients who have invested millions of dollars, lying regarding quotes for projects, lying regarding timeline completion, all just so the clients will pay them their portion of what’s owed. They have no care for their clients once the contract is signed. When you work along side the heads of the company and the results remain the same, that’s when you know this company should NOT be a company. There’s no 401K, 1 week of PTO, dental and health insurance is pretty much an old school ppo plan, you pay for almost everything out of your pocket in cash. PTO and healthcare doesn’t kick in for 90 days. You’ll be expected to LIVE on the campground for 6 months or more. Regardless of what family and personal responsibilities you have to take care of. Prepare to work 70-80 hour work weeks on a salary. The bonus they have, is not something the accounting team manages, you manage your own bonus, if you do achieve it, you have to hunt down upper management in order to get paid out. If you request petty cash or need cash for the registers on site, they will ADD THOSE FUNDS INTO YOUR PERSONAL TAKE HOME CHECK!!!!!! They tie in the business accounting needs for the campground to your personal take home pay!!! At the end of the year when you do taxes, your total gross income will be off and look like you took in MORE than what you did WITHOUT paying taxes on it!! Speaking of taxes, if you live in a state the requires companies to pay the employees local wage taxes for WHERE THAT EMPLOYEE PHYSICALLY WORKS. This company WILL NOT DO THAT!!!! They will tell you they’re not tax experts and that we work for AOS who is located in FL. FL has pretty much little to no taxes for businesses and residents. They will put on your LEGAL RESIDENCY FORM that you physically work in FL when you do not. This avoids them paying taxes to local and state!!! This company has done so many things wrong by the book. Not every state has the same exemptions, mitigations, laws, tax requirements.
