Pros
The majority of the employees and leadership are decent people.
Cons
Those who complain refuse to contribute and are usually long-term employees. This includes Sales and Finance management. There is a manager who is extremely unqualified for their position and has alienated the department they are supposed to be responsible for. They've lost 3 employees in key roles since they have been in the position and it has made the department understaffed and unable to meet their goals. When there is smoke there is fire and I’m surprised it hasn’t caught up to them yet. You can smile all you want, make jokes and seem overly chipper, but they need to realize other people see right through it. Lastly, the key issue is the CEO/Owner. He thinks he knows everything, is smarter than everyone and doesn’t realize his limitations. He is the high school bully who never grew up and has an enormous ego that is not deserved. The company runs smoothly when he is not around or when people are able to do their job. Without him interfering, the company would be much more successful than it is. He talks horribly about employees and thinks they don’t know and then lies directly to their faces. He oversells the product without fully understanding it and then bashes employees for the capabilities not being there. If you are mediocre or lousy at your job all you need to do is suck up to him or be a member of his family.
