The company is committed to having a skilled workforce by offering in-house and outside training to all employees, including those employees on the shop floor. The management does not shy away from tackling difficult electroplating jobs and has the expertise to handle the toughest jobs that other companies cannot handle. Management is very attentive about maintaining excellent customer service and doing their very best to solve the customer's problem, and this is one of the main reasons for the continued growth and success of the company, i.e., being very attentive to the customer's needs and helping the customer solve difficult problems that no other electroplating house has the tenacity or knowledge to solve! Cons
As in any job shop it can get real busy at times so the individuals working in either the office or floor need to learn to manage their time wisely. The good thing about being so busy is that the days go by so fast!
