      Weekly pay only to minimize overtime pay, some folks in management are good people, weekends off.

      Cons

      Late pay, no overtime, lack of supplies and terrible work vehicles, unfair compensation and time being taken for lunch with or without actually using that lunch break.

      Flexible schedule. Nice people. Laid back work environment.

      Pay is not good for California living. Overtime is offered but is mandatory to earn an okay wage.
