      Pros

      Not a single pro I can list, unfortunately. Lot of labor for very little pay.

      Cons

      Long hours. And they guilt trip you if you can’t do the overtime hours which is 10.5. Nepotism in the workplace. Not a union. Ask for a raise and you’ll get an excuse as to why they won’t.

      The Company really values and takes care of its employees. Benefits are excellent.

      The generation that has been with the Company for 10 to 30 years are not nice to the newer employees or each other.
