      Culture, values, and work methods are very rigid. There was also a significant lack of transparency throughout the entire process, from interviews to hiring. They offer a temporary contract and everything is so shady.

      Pros

      It is a good experience to work with Attilio Meucci, who has tremendous knowledge in quantitative finance. The best thing at ARPM is that you would touch variety of models and techniques that have been used in finance industry. And there are very interesting research topics.

      Cons

      The company is very small. It is not able to pay you as much as the large investment banks or hedge funds.

      - none - I have to enter at least 5 words so that's why I'm writing this

      - Micro-management - Low salary - TERRIBLE codebase (unreadable, buggy, and has all the bad practices you could imagine) - Terrible management - Weird system for tasks that you have to obey religiously - Stressful environment - No equipment provided - you have to work on your own equipment - There are no compensations or benefits - There's no work/life balance - they can call you anytime
