      Pros

      Good healthcare benefits. Good pay raises after working for them for a while. HR was responsive and easy to work with.

      Cons

      While working as a contractor, make no mistake your client team is your boss and you likely won't receive any feedback from ASG unless you ask for it during a review. You have to ask. In my experience the management misled about further opportunity as my contract ended. Then they had me train my replacement and laid me off after they were done with me. No severance offered.

      No real cons. Employer doesn't contribute to 401k.
