Pros
Good start for fresh grad since they have a good training program. They have a Japanese Language lesson with Japanese teachers. There is a CHANCE to work in different location (Makati, Alabang, Cebu, Japan). (NOTE: Chance means only a possibility of something to happen.)
Cons
1) After intensive training, you will have a 2year bond, which means you cannot quit your job even if you want to. (or else you will pay) 2) Even if you are assigned in Japan, you will not get a Japan base salary. You will only get an allowance. Your main salary is still in Philippine rate. Overtime hours rendered in Japan is not paid in Japan rate but will be paid in Philippine rate. 3) Overtime can sum up to 200hrs in a month. (This is more than the regular working hours of 160hrs a month). 4) Only a maximum of 30hrs will be paid. (So if your OT is 90hrs, only 30hrs will be paid which is only 33.33%) 5) Assigns too many tasks and they want it done right away. When they set a deadline, even if it is not a realistic deadline, it will not be negotiable. 6) If you are a project leader, if your team cannot perform well, you are going to do the task of the non-performers to meet the deadline. The delay of your members will be reflected to you so your performance rating will also be directly affected (which will slow down your promotion, and will lead to lower salary increase and lower bonus). (Performance rating here is a waste) 6) If there is a deadline, even if you are sick, you will be forced to go the office. 7) Very low salary. Management also makes promises that they cannot give. If they know they cannot give it to you, they will avoid you unless you confront them and they come up with their own excuse. 8) If you are assigned in Japan and stayed there more than 3 months, you will have contract bond of 1 year. This means if you stayed there for example 4 months, you will be bond to render another 1 year service to the company when you get back to the Philippines.
