Leadership truly cares about each of their employees. Not only is it evident by the various free sporting events, Christmas parties, food trucks, etc., but also in the day to day routine. I’ve never worked for a company where the CEO and President know me by name, care about how I’m doing, or congratulate me on a job well done. I could keep going. We celebrate the good times and we bear together through the tough times. This firm feels like family to me and that speaks volumes of the people running it. Not to mention - what we do is FUN! Seriously, this place rocks. I could go on and on and on,
Cons
Yes, there is travel involved; however, it’s not a secret and they don’t try to hide that from you. You will be on the road visiting awesome cities and meeting with great clients. While it is a challenge being away from loved ones from time to time, you do rack up the Southwest points so you can take your family on a nice vacation!
