Pros

The product (and product team) is good, and the solutions consulting team is technically strong.

Cons

Leadership is abhorrent. The commercial function is led by a person who has no idea what they're doing, they listen to rumors instead of objective facts, and I've watched as our best-performing team has been dismantled over Q4 and Q1. Salespeople, be warned: instead of working with marketing as a team, the new policy is that they're not held to any accountability to drive leads. You're now responsible for 100% outbound. Account Management is set up to win every time. Be warned that if you even talk to an account manager, they're going to take 15% of your commission if you sell that deal. They say they're "there to win" as a company value, but people on the ground are just a social club who rely on Product and Sales to carry them and pay for their social events. One time, they were out doing an event together, and they couldn't even finish the event before they were planning the next one on the company dime. Meanwhile, Sales was in the midst of a tech audit to cut costs for platforms that they require to sell. In the sales team, they hire and fire without objective reason. There's no correlation between sales performance and who gets let go. They barely let salespeople land at the company before they show them the door. They let someone go days before a big deal was about to close, which would have put them over their quota, and the company reclaimed the commission instead.
