Family kind of close environment. Owners of the company are very good people and take care of employees going above and beyond for the employees. CEO is very smart and active and down to earth as well. People who work here are smart / average but no poor performer will survive longer. - Being a small company, pay is slightly above market to retain talent - Free weekly massages on premise - Free Gym membership - Good Health, Vision, Dental plans - Free weekly lunches - Paid Vacation - Free light snacks, coffee and soft drinks - Fast paced dynamic environment - Good internal Communication - As long as the person keeps performing, he/she has nothing to worry about.
