Pros

- Mission Driven - Great team members - Serve great customers who are trying to make a difference - Opportunity to try new tasks & take on new projects - A lot of independence - but still get to collaborate with others

Cons

- Flying by the seat of your pants sometimes. With a new company there are a lot of systems and procedures that are being built daily. So, there isn't always an answer or a way of doing things. This is great though if you love to take initiative, and want to have a voice in how things should be done.

Pros

- Absolutely phenomenal group of people to work with (both in Customer Success and across the board). You would be hard-pressed to find a kinder, more supportive, and more intelligent group of people. - Work/life balance is unmatched. The team supports a true turn-your-phone-off and relax on PTO culture, unlike anywhere I've been before. - CS org has had major improvements in structure and operations throughout the past few years and the organizational structure that AdvicePay uses as a whole keeps everyone on the same page. - Company onsites twice a year in Bozeman, MT promotes a really cohesive team experience. - Benefits are solid.

Cons

- Below average salaries - hopefully will improve as the company grows and becomes the market standard for their industry. - Growth opportunities - not a unique issue, small but scaling startups can often have a gap here, which again likely will improve over time.
