Pros

A few nice people work there but not enough to make up for the bad ones

If you can avoid this place at all costs. The management is awful and you are treated like a child. Basically the morale of the whole office us really bad but the managers will do anything to gloss over that. That’s when they’re not gossiping about eachother and avoiding any actual work. In fact, my manager at the time actually started to ask me & my team to start planning and coordinating our own team meetings because she was that lazy she didn’t want to plan it and lead it herself. It’s a cliquey culture and if your face doesn’t fit then your stay will not be pleasant. No progression unless you are “bezzies” with management.

Thank you for your review. Like any other business we have targets to meet and track our performance through KPIs - it's not unusual or unique to AdviserPlus! But we definitely don't have timed call management - our HR professionals deal with some pretty complex cases and we wouldn't compromise their advice or coaching with a time limit. Maybe you should speak to your line manager and ask them for support with your understanding of call management?
