Pros
There used to be a bunch of pros, CEO changed (to Christina Hellwig), then the CMO changed (to JP), and culture went from nearly ideal to churn and burn overnight.
Cons
"This isn't like a regular 9 to 5..." you'll hear this a lot if you decide to work here. What that means is, this isn't a 9 to 5 because this company is wildly mismanaged and blatantly disrespectful to its employees. It's impossible to only work 9 to 5 because everyday there is a new fire to put out, and every single person that works here is expected to be an on call firefighter. Work life balance is simply a concept here, it's colorful, well designed banners that hang in the warehouse, it's cute email platitudes and fluffy lines in speeches from the CEO. What it's not is something lived by its employees, work life balance is no where to be found here. Neither is respect for an employee's time, energy or value. "Best places to work" might still be touted and please heed this warning: The company that received the best places to work recognition, the company with the extremely long tenure, any review you read prior to the last two years, is not the same company that exists today, there is a night and day difference. Every aspect that made this company worth working for is gone. This company operates like a wolf in sheep's clothing.
