Stagnant growth and no skill development - Anonymous employee Aeon Fantasy Employee Review

I worked for this company for more than 3 years. I was assigned tasks like printing documents, serving tea or cleaning the storage just because I was new to the company. If the boss gives his opinion it's an order and there is no healthy discussion. There is a lot of bullying inside the company between seniors and juniors. For a company that hails its female staff population there is plenty of sexual and power harassment from senior directors, company heads and even some shareholders.
