      Pros

      Benefits, salaries, travel opportunities depending on your role. I think managers genuinely care, but they just have such a lack of experience.

      Cons

      Confused, lack of knowledge and infrastructure and experience to handle such a large portfolio so quick.

      Great coworkers, clean space, and spacious personal aeras

      Cons

      No Training, Everyone here has been here for 30 years, very clique-ish. I don't think they really have a plan for each department. Especially the sales team, from the looks of it, they train and keep a contractor.
