      Pros

      -Set hours/off days, guaranteed 40 hrs a week -Flexibility with scheduling -Overtime typically available -Easy job to get a hang of -Paid weekly -Coworkers are great -Always willing to up-train your skills -Being essential and open 24/7/365 means I stayed employed during the pandemic while losing very little compared to most industries.

      Cons

      -Depending on your schedule you will work every weekend and possibly every holiday -Majority of management have been in their positions for 10+ years and aren't leaving anytime soon(which I don't blame them for) so there's little opportunity for advancement

      Office space is fine. Training met baseline expectations for onboarding.

      Cons

      Upper management enforces an extremely high level of micromanagement. Daily activity is tracked in detail, including time spent away from the desk, with minimal autonomy in how work is structured or completed. The environment is highly monitored, leaving little flexibility in day-to-day workflow. Your bathroom breaks are tracked, you are pretty much chained to your desk.
