Pros
They are a company in its growth phase, which is attempting to satisfy its employees. The corporate office moved to a new location, which is in a more vibrant area of the city. Low-level employees are moved up through the ranks if they work hard and prove themselves. Hotel rooms are gorgeous and there is a friends and family rate plan for the employees to take advantage of.
Cons
The company has proven time and time again that it does not value education; instead, it would rather move up low people through the ranks. So, if somebody starts out as a housekeeper or guest service agent; then, their career path is made. Additionally, the company claims to value work/life balance; however, the company's actions have disproved its theory.
