Decent pay, great co-workers, no room for advancement - Business Manager Affinity Group Employee Review

The pay was decent for a broker but I didn't receive a raise in 3 1/2 years. I enjoyed my co-workers and team members. The clients we represented were mostly enjoyable to work with as well. Flexible work schedule and home office. The company started a bonus program based on achieving a sales budget.
