Pros
The pay was decent for a broker but I didn't receive a raise in 3 1/2 years. I enjoyed my co-workers and team members. The clients we represented were mostly enjoyable to work with as well. Flexible work schedule and home office. The company started a bonus program based on achieving a sales budget.
Cons
No room for advancement. The company doesn't bother trying to retain good associates. No raises.
