Great pay, reputable company, flexible schedule.

Truly no cons, except you have to have a good attitude to work for hospice.

The Clinical Staff are compassionate and supportive of each other. The Clinical leadership work hard to support the staff and are understanding but firm with expectations.

The Marketing Team leadership is manipulative and doesn't compensate their staff according to what is agreed upon. A cut-throat attitude is present in most of the marketing staff members and is apparent when crossing into someone else's "territory."
