I've been with Affinity for 3 years and it has been an amazing experience. The company has a strong work culture that values teamwork and supports personal growth. Since they gave me the opportunity to be part of their leadership program, I have grown as a leader. They provide excellent health benefits and promote work-life balance, creating an environment where contributions are genuinely appreciated. The support offered to reach my goals has been incredible! Thank you, Rafael and Pedro, for allowing me to truly grow and trusting me with day-to-day decisions in the customer care department and within the company. Your recognition and support mean a lot to me! 😊 I am grateful to be part of such a supportive, family-like work environment and look forward to continuing my career here. Since starting as a customer care specialist, I have had the opportunity to advance to a customer care manager—a progression I am especially thankful for!

I have been with Affinity for almost one year now with my anniversary in August. I was so happy when I received the offer last July seeing as I was impressed with the CEO Rafael Aquino during the process. I loved how he wanted to make sure both parties were a fit for eachother. We had open, honest communcation then, and that has not changed. Most times when you take on a new role, it is never what you actually thought it would be. This role while not easy, is WAY better than I thought it would be. The main reason is our PEOPLE. The number one most important thing to Affinity is culture. Most companies preach culture, but really have no clue what it means. The Executive Team cares about the employees and treats everyone like family. Our team helps each other at any turn possible and gets along with respect and care. We run on EOS which streamlines the company with everyone moving in the same direction without excess wasted time on pointless meetings. We are held accountable, and for me, I want to be my best, do my best, and give my 100% because I have the autonomy to do my job. No one is breathing down your neck or micromanaging you. However, I have never been so productive in my entire career...I am motivated every day in an industry that is tough to say the least. Knowing I have the backbone and support is enough to keep me moving. The values are exemplified every day and we can provide recognition to the team members we work with who deserve it every day. Our Leadership is patient and one of the things I like the most is being hard on ideas and soft on people, this may sound simple, but the execution of it is not. We are encouraged to take our PTO and spend time with the most important people in our lives. We have generous compensation and our health insurance is paid for, and it's actually great coverage. Many employees have been with the company for many years, and have been promoted from within which to me is always a great sign. I am grateful every day to be working for such a value-driven, well run organization.
