Pros
Helpful, friendly result-oriented team. Generally decent culture. No bureaucracy. Newer technologies are used. Proper software development process - code reviews, CI/CD, etc. Good salary. Standard health benefits.
Cons
Some parts of the products have very old technologies that still have to be supported. No additional benefits (like free food/gym/...). Tight deadlines sometimes. Some organizational challenges come completely unannounced.
