Pros
I can whole-heartedly say that Affinity24 and the Logan family who founded it have been nothing but a blessing in my life. I came from a different industry and had little-to-no experience in this space. Instead of focussing on my lack of "merchant services" background, they accounted to me all my previous knowledge and experience in sales, recruiting and relationship building. They saw me for what I had, not for what I didn't have. Also, I had been a Referral Partner for them the past year and a half, so they graciously considered that to be experience towards my resume. Since starting with them in November of 2024, it has been an amazing learning and stretching experience. I have grown so much both professionally and personally. We recently brought on two new people and I am so blessed to see them having the same amazing experiences that I have been enjoying. Most companies like to say they are a family but this company actually is a family. Affinity24 all the way!
Cons
Affinity24 is a local, third-generation, Christian family-owned and operated company. Like all small, family-owned businesses, there are quarks and goofy growing pains. There a few processes that were a bit antiquated. Just a couple of processes that had the "why fix what ain't broken" mentality protecting them. With that said, the Logan family took these changes in stride, faced them well, and persevered towards improving the company in some pivotal ways. I am blessed to have been able to witness these changes and watch us all improve because of them.
