No complaints, very good for music experience and having something to do during the summer both before and during high school.

Has the typical constraints of working for a non profit. Not a ton of room for growth, and the last time I worked there, there was no system in place to give yearly raises. I had the same salary there for about 3 years. I was also very overworked.
