      Pros

      Sweet co- workers, most kids are nice once you get to know them, and shifts go by quick!

      Cons

      Always standing, bad management, workload can be okay one day, then the next day you'll have to watch 30 kids. Won't kick out students who completely break the rules multiple times because the company is money hungry. Director will try to help but not much can be done.
