Pros
- People here believe in the core value of the services we provide, and take pride in being compassionate caregivers in traumatic situations - Small company, everyone is very friendly and fun, very down to earth - Commitment to becoming a world-class company, striving to be head and shoulders above the competition in terms of professionalism and excellence - Performance culture - Job flexibility, you can move around
Cons
- Still in "sophomore" year of growth, so we are trying to build more process and scale into the business. Sometimes it's a little clunky, but we're learning as we go and adapting quickly - The location of headquarters is by a shopping mall, sort of remote - We have suffered terribly in terms of brand reputation, most of which is unwarranted. The early mistakes the company made are still lingering even though the company has radically upgraded its business practices. The criticism is demoralizing sometimes, but we know it's not the truth of what really goes on. I have seen first hand the very kind things that customers say, and I watch our teams work around the clock to help people for very little money, so it makes me frustrated when I see us being made out as bad guys. - Some occasional drama but that seems to be in any company I guess
