Cons
There is always tons of work. You'll get calls after workday, get work on weekends even on Saturdays and Sundays. You'll often stay overnight at the office. You'll stay late almost everyday. Leadership doesn't exactly know what they want so you'll often have to revise code you have written and they expect it to be done within the same deadline as the initial. Unrealistic goals. They expect you to complete whole features within a few days without even having all the feature-edge cases accounted for so it's up to the developer to account for them and go back and forth with the product to account for them within the same deadline
