Commission is capped and paid out on an annual basis. Commission is paid 4 months after year end.

Good benefits, co-workers are great to work with, senior management not so much. Many support staff are working just for the benefits for their families. Good opportunities to get out of the office and recruit more business.

Little opportunity for promotion or to move into a position of greater responsibility; the "good old boy" network is alive and well here. As long as you tell management what they want to hear and don't rock the boat you will fare well. Paperwork and hours required for job are excessive and cut into personal life.
